I booked a pedicure online for the Westbrook location on Valentine’s Day at 5:15 PM and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I called, and the staff told me there was no appointment. It seems they sent staff home and canceled bookings without notifying customers. To make matters worse, I later received an automated email asking if I enjoyed my visit, along with a 10% discount. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

This is my salon I love visiting this nail salon. I've dealt with Pauline many times, and she is amazing. I have been very fortunate to have Jenny do my nails also Both ladies take time to make sure that I am happy with any selections that I make, and if i'm not happy , they give me time to make another selection. And she gives wonderful suggestions. Thank you, Pauline and Jenny, You are amazing, and you made my day! :0)

I have been a client since 2018 and I have to say: Lucy is the very best doing eyelashes. She is super dedicated to her work and clients. I keep coming to her because my eyelashes not just look great but she also takes care of them by using quality products and taking the proper time to do it right. Besides that, she offers waxing and nail services which is amazing to have a variety of services in a same place. Lastly, clients will be able to buy her top picks products when checking out. The “Xtreme” eye makeup remover and facial cleanser is my favourite!
